Meet Your Instructor Shenique
Shenique is a Confidence & Posing Expert and the creator of The Shenique Technique. She brings over five years of professional modeling experience to her work. She is a published model featured in over 10 magazines, websites, and publications, including two cover spreads—most recently in January 2026.
Her runway portfolio includes over 12 shows, with appearances in major fashion weeks across New York, Philadelphia, London, and Paris. She was previously signed to a New York-based commercial modeling agency from 2019 to 2022, crowned Miss Full Figured in a plus-size modeling competition in 2019, and has been featured in a plus-size modeling documentary in 2023.
Shenique also brings a strong performance background as a professional dancer and has served as a posing instructor for an international plus-size dance company.
Today, she uses her experience and her walk with Christ to help women embody confidence, presence, and radiance—in photos and everyday life.
